India’s pursuit of cyber sovereignty will likely define the next decade. The ban of Tik Tok along with 59 other Chinese-made applications is likely the first step in what is going to be a decade long process of asserting Indian Cyber Sovereignty. The Government’s decision to block 59 ‘Chinese’ applications in India has prompted an assorted set of responses. The ban comes on the heels of the continued build up of Indian and Chinese Forces in Ladakh.
